Virtually for clients in Pennsylvania
In both individual and couples settings, I use Narrative, DBT, Feminist, and Person-Centered techniques. It's common for sessions to include laughter and honest feedback. Often, we will use symbolism and creativity to explore emotions. You are the expert in your life and my goal is to help you find the words to tell your story.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THERAPY?
Therapy can open up parts of ourselves we don't typically share, which can feel freeing. Other times, facing these parts can feel upsetting. You can expect therapy to offer a supportive space without judgement to feel however you need to feel.
You can also expect that therapy will be tailored to your personal needs and goals, which we will decide together.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
I am currently offering Telehealth in Pennsylvania through Thrive Counseling Center LLC. I am working under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor and can accept insurance.
Thrive Counseling Center current accepts most major insurances. We also offer self pay options at a sliding scale. You can find out more about payment options by clicking here.
HOW LONG WILL THE THERAPY TAKE?
I offer weekly, and bi-weekly sessions. Therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs. I may suggest things to work on outside of therapy to help support thoughts and feelings discussed during session.
Life's problems are unique to you, so your treatment plan should be unique to you, also. We can discuss your individual needs during a consultation.
